Responsible Gambling Policy

General Provisions

This Responsible Gambling Policy establishes the principles, measures, and obligations implemented by the Operator to ensure responsible gambling in compliance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements of the province of CA.

The Operator is committed to facilitating a safe, secure, and fair gaming environment. The Administration of the site strives to prevent the negative effects of gambling and to support individuals who may be at risk of developing gambling-related harm.

Self-Exclusion

Any user may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the gambling platform. Such requests must be submitted in accordance with the established procedure through the Account Settings or by contacting the Administration of the site directly. The Operator will implement the self-exclusion in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

During the period of self-exclusion, the user will not have access to the gaming account, and reactivation may only be considered after the completion of the self-exclusion term and in compliance with the relevant verification procedures.

Protection of Vulnerable Persons

The Operator expressly prohibits participation in gambling activities by individuals who may be particularly vulnerable, including persons under the legal age or persons prohibited from gambling by competent authorities or by court order.

Players are advised to consult these resources if they suspect the development of problem gambling behaviour or require support.

Changes to the Responsible Gambling Policy

The Operator reserves the right to amend this Responsible Gambling Policy at any time to ensure continued compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements. Any changes will be published on this page, and users are encouraged to review the policy regularly.
